Q:Should i need leave mail box?

A:we will send you message at the first time once we got your order ,and we will appreciate if you leave,just hope you will reply us when you read the message.

Q:How much is shipping?

A:The shipping to most places in the world is not free. If you need the costume urgently, you have to choose express shipping so that you can receive the costume in time.

Q:What forms of payment do you accept?

A:We accept two ways of payment, including credit card(Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover credit card) and Paypal. You need to make a full payment including shipping & handling fees. All payments must be prepaid and we do not accept C.O.D payment.

A:YES, our price dont include VAT and custom duties. Customer should pay it by yourself

A:We accept 72hours alteration and cancellation of products in stock ,but please understand the custom made order should be changed and canceled in 48hours,as we should make sure you will get the package as soon as possible
